The controller of personal data processed through the LuksonWeb website is Łukasz Olszak, operating the website under the LuksonWeb brand.

LuksonWeb is currently not a registered business. If a registered business is established, the controller details in this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
2. Data We May Process
The contact form may process:
- name,
- email address,
- company name, if provided,
- type of project,
- message content.
Technical data such as IP address, browser information, device information, operating system and server logs may also be processed when the website is used.
After Google Analytics 4 is enabled, statistical information about website usage may also be collected, subject to the user's consent where required.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
Data submitted through the contact form is processed in order to respond to enquiries, conduct correspondence and, where an enquiry relates to purchasing a service, take steps prior to entering into a contract.
The legal bases may include:
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract,
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, conducting correspondence and ensuring website security,
- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent, in relation to analytics data processed through Google Analytics 4.
4. Google Analytics 4
The website may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the website, including the number of visits, pages viewed, approximate visitor country and traffic source.
Google Analytics will not be used for remarketing or personalised advertising.
Analytics will operate in accordance with the visitor's analytics consent choice.
The service is provided by Google. Data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area subject to the safeguards and mechanisms used by Google.
The planned GA4 event-data retention period is 14 months.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for the operation of the website and for remembering user preferences.
This includes mechanisms used to remember the selected website language.
These may include:
lukson_manual_language — remembers the language manually selected by the visitor,
lukson_auto_language — remembers the automatically selected language version.
Once Google Analytics is enabled, analytics cookies such as _ga may also be used, depending on the visitor's consent choice.
6. Hosting and Data Recipients
The website will be hosted by JDM.
Personal data may be processed by providers necessary for website operation, including:
- the hosting provider,
- the email service provider,
- Google, after Google Analytics is activated and within the scope permitted by the visitor's consent.
These providers process data only to the extent required to provide their services.

Correspondence that does not result in a contract may be retained for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and for up to 12 months after the correspondence ends, unless further retention is reasonably necessary, for example for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Where cooperation begins, data may be retained for periods required by applicable law or necessary for legal claims.
Analytics data will be retained according to the Google Analytics configuration.

- withdraw consent at any time.

9. Voluntary Provision of Data
Providing personal data through the contact form is voluntary. However, certain information, such as an email address and message content, is necessary for LuksonWeb to respond to your enquiry.

LuksonWeb does not use personal data for advertising profiling or remarketing.
11. LinkedIn
The website may contain a standard link to a LinkedIn profile.
LuksonWeb currently does not use LinkedIn Insight Tag or other LinkedIn tracking technologies.
When a visitor follows the link, they leave LuksonWeb and enter LinkedIn, which processes data according to its own privacy rules.
12. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the website, services, applicable law or the formal status of LuksonWeb changes.
The current version will always be available on the LuksonWeb website.
